162/365 | ¥10M Job Challenge – Dietary Adjustments

Lately, I’ve realized that my digestive system isn’t as strong as it used to be. Coffee only provides a short burst of alertness, and fatigue kicks in quickly afterward. However, when I’ve had enough sleep, a cup of coffee at the right time can still be quite effective for staying focused.
Another change is my eating habits. Even if it’s time for lunch or dinner, I don’t eat unless I actually feel hungry. I wait until I genuinely feel the need to eat. I’m also trying to limit myself to just one main meal a day. If I get hungry during the day, I’ll have a light snack(nuts), but I try to keep most of my food intake to dinner.
I’ll continue monitoring to see if this form of intermittent fasting helps improve my productivity, focus, and overall health.
