Is it the revolution that will radically change how we work and learn? Or just another technology fad, a philosopher’s stone that can turn lead into gold?

Let’s wander through this—past stories, today’s breakthroughs, tomorrow’s possibilities—mixing real stories, a few “what ifs,” and a few anecdotes from my work at CommLab India.

Rewind to the late ’90s. The internet stormed L&D, turning dull training halls into computer screens. LMS platforms could evolve there, mining data from hundreds of clients for real-time insights. Crazy? Maybe. But inevitable? Likely.
