How do you talk about/utilize AI with your team at work?

Saw this post and I’m wondering how teams are incorporating/talking about the use of AI at work.

Do you just use AI for individual tasks/questions or is your team actively discussing which parts to hand off to/solve with AI and really discussing it and utilizing these tools intently? I know there are plenty of companies building AI tooling so I guess I’m most curious about companies that aren’t really in the space.
