A Complimentary Webinar

Donald Trump’s first one hundred days in office are shaping up to be the most consequential since Franklin Roosevelt implemented his “New Deal” programs in 1933.
According to the Federal Register, the President signed eighty-nine executive orders in just in the first 50 days of his second term. The President has ordered the shut-down of entire federal departments and agencies. He has implemented a policy prohibiting any new federal regulations unless the agency first sunsets ten other regulations. The Administration has also made clear that it will use its impoundment power to cut back on spending without seeking Congressional approval.
Amidst all this activity, the FAA has taken center stage. With two high profile air disasters occurring within 11 days of his inauguration, the FAA’s policies, priorities, and spending are all under review by both DOGE and the Inspector General. This is not a good time for the FAA to be once again without an Administrator.
In this free webinar, Mark Dombroff, Mark McKinnon and Morgan Campbell will take you through the first one hundred days and discuss what has happened, and what it means for aviation policy and regulation going forward. Topics will include:
- What are the administrations priorities for FAA?
- What is DOGE doing and what will its focus be going forward
- How will the reductions in the federal workforce effect the FAA and Air Traffic Control?
- What can we expect for new and ongoing rulemaking?
- How will the aviation industry be affected by these changes?
- What are the aviation priorities of the new Congress?
- What does it all mean for the future of the aviation industry?
